Terms of Service

Adopts

  • Payment must be sent at least by 24 hours after the initial claim

  • I don’t do holds unless I know you and know you will pay 100% for sure.

  • You will receive the artwork for the character upon payment

  • Credit me for the design

  • You may make changes to the design, as long as it is still recognizable as my work.

  • You may re-sell, re-gift, and re-home.

  • You are allowed to resell the design for a higher price than you paid for.

  • You may use the character for whatever you’d like, on whatever site you’d like.

  • Let me know if you have a toyhouse, please.

Freebies

Note: It is not first come first serve. You are most likely to get a freebie from me if you are:
a. A friend/mutual
b. Following me on Furaffinity/Deviantart/Twitter/Toyhouse
c. Having bought from me before
d. Referencing how you intend to use them

  • You may re-gift or re-home. You may only give the characters away for free, or in trade.

  • You may only claim up to 2 designs per freebie batch.

Customs

  • I only do on base customs

  • Second item

  • Know what you want before you order one

  • Have a color palette or moodboard ready

  • If it falls through, I have the right to sell the character as an adopt

  • I will not copy other artists designs

  • I have the right to creativity with the design

  • You may re-sell, re-home, re-gift the design

  • Ask me what bases I own prior (I own more bases than I’ve used)

  • Prices will vary

  • I will only do minor tweaks and fixes, and only a couple of times

  • Each time I have to go back in and fix something, I will add more money onto the final cost

General

  • I have the right to refuse a sale for whatever reason

  • I have the right to stop a project (i.e. custom or commission) for whatever reason

  • I will no longer work with anyone who I find to be rude

  • You may not order from me, or own one of my designs if I have blacklisted/blocked you.

  • If I have blocked you, I have a reason for doing so. Do not send someone to talk to me or block evade.

  • I have mental health/physical health problems and am not always timely in answering/working on commissions or customs.

  • All sales are final.

  • I do not want my work sold as NFT's or blockchains.
